IJN 1920 No.13-16 Battleship Hiraga Design

These ships were the last four units of the Japanese '8-8' plan of 1920 that would have given Japan eight modern battleships and battle cruisers for the 1920s. Only the first two units, Nagato and Mutsu, would be destined to be completed as designed. The last four units, known only as 13, 14, 15 and 16, would have been the largest battleships in the world, mounting 8 x 18" guns in four twin turrets. The Washington Treaty cancelled these ships but some of their design work was used in the later Yamato class.

This high-quality 3D-printed craftsman kit can be completed as-is or used as a great basis for a custom-build. The parts are already removed from the support material and are ready to use. The upper mainmast is prefabricated brass rod. Comes with what you see in the photo.
